1. Using this site
This site is provided so you can learn about careers at the Ignition Group and apply for roles. You agree to use it only for that purpose, to provide accurate information, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it.
2. No offer of employment
Browsing this site, starting a chat, or submitting an application does not create any offer, promise, or contract of employment. Any offer of employment is only made separately, in writing, by an authorised member of the Ignition Group. Publishing a role on this site does not guarantee the role remains open or that any application will be successful.
3. Accuracy of the information you provide
You're responsible for making sure the information you give us — including your identity details, contact details, screening answers and CV — is accurate, current and your own. Providing false or misleading information may affect our ability to process your application or, if discovered after an offer or hire, may be dealt with under the applicable employment policies; it does not result in any automated decision by this platform.
4. Intellectual property
The Ignition Careers site, its design, text, and the Ignition Group name and logos are the property of the Ignition Group (or its licensors) and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission, other than for your own personal use in applying for a role.
5. Liability
This site is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ignition Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Where you choose to apply or communicate with us over WhatsApp, that channel is also subject to Meta's own terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform, which are outside our control.
6. Your personal information
Our use of the personal information you provide when applying is described in our Recruitment Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms and explains our compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
8. Questions
Questions about these terms can be sent to [recruitment enquiries email — to be confirmed]. See our Contact page for other ways to reach us.
